"1 ]|_|57 |_34|2/\/3|) \/\/|-|47 1337 /\/\34/\/5." = Line Noise?

Nah. Kids today with their fancy wifi networks wouldn't know line noise if they saw it anyway.

Nay. Truly I say unto you that this has meaning: 1 ]|_|57 |_34|2/\/3|) \/\/|-|47 1337 /\/\34/\/5.

Jon Udell on IronPython (+ a Jython update)

Jon is right of course.

Dynamic langauges will be a key part of the mix of any self-respecting technology "stack" going forward and Python makes is a darned good, mature, cover-all-the-bases candidate.

Jon describes IronPython as 'compelling'. I agree. It is shockingly good.

Barcamp Galway has moved. See you in September rather than July.

And so it has come to pass that the three-ness of three hath given way to the four-ness of four and yet it leaves its mark on the number which came before it.

At least it did at the time I wrote this. Will is ever be so? Probably not.

Ah, the insurmountable impotence of numbers, the nasty realities of naming things in the real world...Master Foo what say you?

Barcamp, Galway, July

I have signed up for Barcamp, Galway this July. I have floated a presentation topic on "Web Services, XML, AJAX yada, yada : Spotting the forests from the trees".
